New Compatible Brother TN350 Cartridge Instructional Video Transcript
This video covers the new compatible Brother TN350 black toner cartridge, which replaces the original OEM Brother TN350 cartridge.
The Brother TN350 toner cartridge contains black laser toner, and is rated for a yield of up to 2,500 pages based on standard 5% coverage. It measures approximately 14x7x5 inches and weighs a little under 2 pounds. It is available in both OEM and compatible versions.
When you receive your new Brother TN350 toner cartridge, remove it from the box. Carefully remove any packing material, remove the bag, and rock the cartridge from side to side to distribute the toner evenly. You can then pull off the protective cover.
Before you remove the old TN350 cartridge, press the power button to turn the printer off. Open the front cover, grab the handle, and pull the drum and cartridge assembly straight out.
The TN350 toner cartridge snaps into a separate drum unit. Set the assembly on a piece of paper in case of any spills. Then push down on the blue lock lever to remove the toner cartridge from the drum assembly.
Put the new Brother TN350 toner cartridge into the drum unit and lock it in place. The blue lever should lift automatically.
During the replacement of the TN350 cartridge, you should clean the corona wire, as well. Slide the blue tab at the rear of the unit side to side several times. Then return it to the home position, making sure it snaps into place.
Put the entire assembly back into the printer and close the panel. You can now power the printer back up, and you are ready to resume printing with your new TN350 toner cartridge.
The Brother TN350 toner cartridge is compatible with around 20 different Brother models, including the DCP-7010 series of home copiers, the HL-2030 and HL-2070 series compact laser printers, several all-in-one models like the MFC-7220, and small office models like the Intellifax 2820 series.

If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1 set of opened products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used.
Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
