The Xerox solid ink color and monochrome 8560 and multifunction 8560MFP have laser quality graphics, speed and are very affordable. This series of printers has no cartridges for ink making it simpler and easier than any other printers in its class today. The simplicity lies within the solid ink system only available from Xerox; this system does not need to warm up a fuser for each printing job. The solid ink system also produces crystal clear text down to 4 point size with no discrepancies. Although inkjet models start as low as $100.00 the extra money you spend is well worth it.

Printing overall is one of the best in its class. Even black against a grey-scaled background has no bleed. The color printing speeds are as fast as black and white documents printed using a laserjet unit. This is due to the Xerox 8560 only taking a single pass to apply color instead of four passes like a laserjet. Print speeds are as fast as 30 pages per minute, but average around 17. All of the Xerox 8560 and 8560MFP printers can be used with the Usage Analysis Tool to collect print job data, color usage, and the organization of said data making tracking and planning simple.

The main differences in the 8560 and 8560MFP is that the MFP is an all in one machine. These models have automatic duplex printing standard, except the base model, as well as a two sided document feeder. The Xerox 8560MFP has the same print speed as the Xerox 8560 with the added copy, fax and scanning capabilities. Some great features are included like scanning to email, scan to desktop, and LAN fax to help with your business demands in a single piece of equipment.
