The printer management software will allow your business to monitor and account for 50 print jobs on the Xerox 840, 500 on the Xerox 840 Plus, and 5,000 print jobs on the Xerox 840 Extended. To further increase usability, the Xerox 840, 840 Plus and 840 Extended come with a six line LCD screen to trouble shoot and context sensitive help at the push of a button.
