Offices will love the Xerox 8570, because it has expandability options, such as the memory, which comes built-in at 512 MB but can be upgraded to 2 GB. Also, the paper capacity is 625 pages when broken into the 100-sheet multi-media tray and the 525-sheet standard input tray. However, additional trays can be purchased, and the maximum paper capacity can be raised to 2,220 pages.

There are four ink sticks of Xerox 8570 ink, which are yellow, black, cyan and magenta. Each of these has an individual design and designated slot so there is no confusion when changing them out. New ColorQube 8570 ink sticks are available directly from the manufacturer, but there are better values online. No remanufactured ink sticks are available, but third parties still offer good discounts.
