The Xerox WorkCentre 7132 can produce a monthly duty cycle up to 100,000 pages and provides a number of additional features that allow it to work well for offices looking to expand productivity. The laser device's media handling, for instance, comes with standard input options that can be upgraded to increase the total paper capacity. Optional additional media handling includes two input trays that can store up to 550 sheets each and a high-capacity feeder with a 900-page tray and 1,200-page tray. The finishing options like a 500-page stacker and 50-sheet stapler gives documents a professional touch.

With functions like printing, copying and faxing, the 7132 is a fully-equipped all-in-one device. The printer can print the first page in less than 16 seconds and create documents with a sharp resolution of up to 1200x600 dpi using Xerox 7132 toner. The copy features can produce accurate duplicates using black and color WorkCentre 7132 toner. The fax machine has a pre-set fax resolution of around 600 dpi. With the inclusion of a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, users can scan or send faxes continuously without interruption.

The unit operates with a 4-color printer toner system with individual cyan, magenta, yellow and black Xerox 7132 toner cartridges. The WorkCentre 7132 toner cartridges can be replaced separately so users can use each supply to its fullest before replacing them. Black and color Xerox 7132 toner has a maximum yield of 8,000 pages that will provide a low cost per page. Affordable replacement toners are available at third party vendors.

Due to a heavy weight of over 300 pounds and size of 60x26x48 inches with all its finishing options, this color laser unit isn't designed for desktop printing, put walk-up printing. The Xerox WorkCentre 7132 has the functionality to benefit a number of users in an office.
