The Xerox Phaser 6120 is a color laser printer designed for small and medium office environments. It features solid color printing and decent printing speeds, but its text tends to be heavier than normal. An alternative but comparable printer would be the LaserJet 1500 toner printer by HP. If brilliant colors is a requirement, the Xerox ink printers should be considered.

Its design is relatively compact for its class, and weighing in at 44 pounds, it should be movable by one or two persons.
