The Xerox Phaser 3200 laser printer is a toner cartridge based multifunction device. Its multifunction capabilities include print, scan, copy, and fax. It is designed with the small to medium office in mind, and includes some unique features such as Scan to PC and ID Card Copy that will appeal to some users.
The design of the Xerox 3200 laser printer, also referred to as the 3200MFP, is quite compact, especially for a multifunction device, which tend to be much larger than dedicated laser printers and Xerox Phaser ink printers. The single printer toner cartridge is easy to access and replace. Xerox 3200 toner cartridges produce excellent quality prints, but the high price of Xerox toner makes it less economical than other models.
