The printer is surprisingly small and weighs just over 20 pounds, not bad for an all in one unit. The small 14.30 inch by 16.1 inch footprint can be placed almost anywhere in your office. Although the printer lacks the ability to fax you can get around this buy scanning to email. There are also some interesting features for copying. You can use a 'clone' setting in which an image is repeated on the page similar to tiling an image. It of course has the usual settings and enlarging options found on most printers. The print quality is well above average on the SCX-4200, and prints close to 14 pages per minute, and about 6 pages per minute with monochrome graphics. All in all, this printer is perfect for the home or small office with good text performance, decent toner cartridge capacity and low price.
