The Samsung ML-1915 is a popular laser printer among small offices. Able to produce about 10,000 pages every month, it should keep up—if not exceed—buyers expectations. Holding up to 8 MB of memory, there is plenty of space for a lot of information. Operating with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems, it will prove to be versatile enough to easily fit in most offices, and its noise level is minimal too. Because it's a monochrome printer, buyers will only need to keep up with and maintain one Samsung ML-1915 toner cartridge.
The Samsung ML-1915 toner cartridge lasts about 2,500 pages before users will need a replacement. If the offices tend to print a lot and probably will exceed the maximum 10,000 page capacity, users may be replacing printer toner up to 5 times in one month. If OEM toners are used, this device will get relatively expensive to operate. Remanufactured Samsung ML-1915 toner is available from third party vendors, though, that generally costs somewhere around half the price. If the office needs to stay within budget and affordably own this unit, remanufactured replacements are the best way to go.
With a compact size of 14.1x15.3x7.7 inches, the ML-1915 will be an easy fit no matter the office's size. The weight is also relatively light, at only 16 pounds. Speeds are decent, printing up to 18 pages per minute using Samsung ML-1915 toner. The first page out should take less than 9 seconds to be produced. Though these speeds aren't the most impressive out there, there are some features that make this quite a steal. Manual duplex printing is featured, but automatic duplex printing is not. The quality of documents produced is rather impressive—resolutions as high as 1200x600 dpi can be created, making the Samsung ML-1915 a professional quality unit.

The Samsung ML-1915 is a compact laser printer for the home or small office. It can output up to 18 pages per minute, and features an AnyWeb Print feature that lets users print only the parts of a web page they need. A Print Screen button on the control panel is also a quick and easy way to print whatever is on a user’s monitor.
Although the model shown differs in appearance, the process is the same.
Grab the small handles on both sides and pull the front cover downward. Look for the handle on the Samsung ML-1915 toner cartridge and pull the entire cartridge toward you to remove it.
Open the box for the new ML-1915 cartridge and remove the packing materials, as well as the bag. Lift up the two pieces of packing tape, then remove the cardboard surrounding the cartridge before you install. As a last step, rock the cartridge back and forth 5 to 6 times. This loosens the toner power inside, which may have settled during shipping.
Insert the Samsung ML-1915 cartridge into the opening, sliding it all the way back until you feel it lock firmly in place. You can then close the front panel.
You are now ready to resume printing with your Samsung ML-1915 printer.
