In an effort to help productivity the Ricoh C3500 and C4500 multifunction printers have a maximum input capacity of 3,100 sheets allowing for less time spent refilling or interrupting a print job. You can copy up to 11 inch by 17 inch and get full bleed on 12 by 18 inches on specialty paper stock. It also produces the first color print in less than 7 seconds, less than 4 for black and white prints. Print speeds are super quick at 45 pages per minute in black and white and 40 pages per minute in full color.

There is a trade off for the fast speeds. The graphics quality is not on par with similarly priced color laser printers and lacks on the overall color quality. This is a minor downside but acceptable due to the speed at which it prints; the C4500 has better graphics and color rendering than the C3500. A wealth of management features are available on the Ricoh C3500 and C4500 and will enable you to archive, save, send and email documents. You can also print directly form a digital camera for ease of producing presentations and marketing materials.

Toners are like any you would find in a color laser printer and are simple to replace; a well written manual, which is on par for Ricoh, will help you should you run into any problems. Scan directly to email, URL or a folder and up to 11 inch by 17 inch media sizes. Network the C3500 and C4500 using the built in 10/100Base TX Ethernet or USB 2.0 connections.
