The Ricoh C2000, C2500 and C3000 are designed for medium workgroups and deliver a 20 page per minute print speed in black and white and color. Along with this speed the printers have an input capacity of 3,200 sheets, this varies form model to model, and they all share the same toner cartridges. Ricoh has a patented toner technology, PxP™ technology, provides crisp clear black text and sharp colors. Your first page is printed in less than 10 seconds in color and less than 7 for monochrome documents.

To help manage your toner and printing a slew of applications are included such as the SmartDeviceMonitor make tracking the printer’s functions and use a breeze for any user. Document sharing is made possible through the use of the Scan-to function which enables you to scan and then send anywhere, thus making file and document sharing easier. If you need to meet certain publishing requirements for your clients or yourself add on the finisher accessory to create professional documents for virtually every application.

These color laser multifunction printers have great security printing features to keep documents safe and allow those with access to print. There are a multitude of encryption styles to choose from and you can set passwords for almost every function on the printer. Standard 10/100Base TX Ethernet ports for networking is on all of the C2000, C2500 and C3000 printers, as well as a USB 2.0 connection.
