With all-in-one printing capabilities and productive output rates, the Okidata MC860 can benefit any office. Two of its functions are a printer and copier that can produce both full-color and black-and-white documents at quick rates of 26 pages per minute and 33 pages per minute, respectively. The laser printer can produce projects with crisp and exact resolutions of 1200x600 dpi using black and color Okidata MC860 toner. With quick printing and copying rates, along with a maximum monthly duty cycle of 75,000 pages, the MC860 can keep up with large print volumes.

Additional multifunction capabilities include a scanner and a fax machine. The scanner can scan full-color and black-and-white documents at a rate of up to 33 images per minute. The scanner comes with scan-to-PC Nuance PaperPort technology that will allow users to create electronic files from hard copy original documents. The MC860 provides an automatic document feeder so users can scan and fax multi-page documents with no interruption.

With a 4-color individual printer toner system, the unit's Okidata MC860 toner cartridges can be replaced separately as they expire. Cyan, yellow and magenta Oki MC860 toner cartridges can yield as many as 10,000 prints each. The black Okidata MC860 toner has a maximum capacity of 9,500 pages. Once toners expire, users can shop around at third party vendor sites to find affordable black and color replacement Oki MC860 toner.

The MC860 comes with a number of connective options including a high-speed USB port, Parallel port and ethernet base for networking options. The ability to network and upgrade a standard memory of 512 MB to a maximum of 768 MB will allow the color laser printer to benefit multiple users in an office.
