The design of the OKI C3400 is fairly compact. It measures 11.4 inches by 14.8 inches by 18.9 inches (HWD) and weighs 46.3 pounds. It will fit in small spaces, but its depth will keep it from fitting in very tight spaces. Paper handling may be a problem for some users. The printer has a 250 sheet input tray, but only a single-sheet multipurpose feed for other types of media. Some buyers might expect a multipurpose tray. Print speed is very good, at 20 pages per minute for black, and color printing speeds are very impressive at 16 pages per minute. Print quality is very good, with excellent text quality and good graphics quality.
Overall, the Okidata C3400 is a good choice for a small office that doesn’t expect growing needs. Lack of expansion could be a problem in the future for a growing office.
