The Okidata C110 is a space-saving laser printer with a compact size and light weight of around 31 pounds that will allow users to store it on any desktop. With the use of color and black Okidata C110 toner, the unit can create documents with sharp resolutions of up to 1200x600 dpi. Users can print on an assortment of paper sizes ranging from a minimum of 3x7 inches to a maximum size of 8x14 inches. The C110's media handling includes a 200-page multipurpose tray as well as an optional 500-sheet input tray.

To begin printing as soon as installation finishes the manufacturer provides starter Okidata C110 toner cartridges. The machine operates with a 4-color printer toner system that incorporates black, cyan, yellow and magenta Oki C110 toner cartridges. Since the toners are packaged individually, users can replace them separately as they expire. Black and color Okidata C110 toner can yield as many as 2,500 prints each. Replacement Oki C110 toner is available at third party vendor sites.

The C110 includes a number of features that make it suitable for a small office environment. Its large monthly duty cycle of 35,000 pages, for instance, can support mid to large volume printing. Quick printing speeds of up to 20 pages per minute can also support high volumes. Another feature that will benefit users in an office, particularly if they want to increase productivity, is the C110's standard memory of 16 MB that can be upgraded to a maximum of 256 MB.

With an ethernet base as a connective option, the color laser printer can provide networking capabilities. The Okidata C110 is designed to be a desktop printer and produces full-color and black-and-white print jobs for a small office.
