The Lexmark T630 display menus and buttons match up perfectly, making it easier to use and if that isn't enough the well documented instructions will set you on the right path. A small downside is that the LCD screen is not back lit and will need to be in a well lit area and the buttons are somewhat flimsy and made from thin plastic. A quick reference card accompanies the Lexmark T630 and will help to get you up and running in a snap or refer to the 60 page booklet for information on installing drivers, adding optional accessories and replacing the toner cartridge.
Toners are easily replaced and are pretty straight forward. They can also be replaced with high capacity toner cartridges to lengthen the life of your toner budget. MarkVision software is used to track the networking of the printer and its uses. Use the account tracking to see what has been used and by whom, or print in complete confidentiality. A business with heavy complex print jobs will be well served by the Lexmark T630 as it produces amazing grayscale graphics which most monochrome laser printers lack.
Graphics are crisp and clean while the text printing is bold and black. There is some small banding but it is not too noticeable. Finishing options and extra paper trays can be added for an additional charge. The 350 sheet standard input can be expanded to 3,850 sheets to accommodate larger workgroups. Networking is available in the higher end models such as the T630n model and made possible through ethernet connections.
