Konica-Minolta Toner Cartridges

Though Konica Minolta might not be the most well-known of all the printing systems on the market, it is definitely an innovator. From its beginning in 1873 in Tokyo, Japan, it?s been leading the market product after product. It began selling lithographic and photographic machines and materials. In 1903, Konica Minolta began marketing hand-held cameras, and by 1940, they had created the first color film for cameras. Konica Minolta first established a subsidiary with America in 1956, offering a challenge to other manufacturers such as Dell who would later produce the rival Dell 1320c toner printer.

They were ahead of the game in 1957 with a planetarium unit and a copier in 1960. They were the first to create a 35mm camera with built-in flash in 1975, and in 1977 they invented the autofocus feature in cameras and the first finger pulse indicator. The digital zoom reduction and enlargement features were introduced by Konica Minolta in 1983, and by 1990 they released a monochrome laser printer and a color-copier marketed full scale. Soon models such as the HP 1600 toner printer would start offering stiff competition.

Nowadays, they are still innovators and have let the way for many ventures; however, Konica Minolta is no longer a part of the camera and photo business. The focus of the company is now on much larger scale items. Not only does Konica Minolta create single-functioning and multi-functioning printers that rise above the competition, such as Lexmark C534 toner printers, but they also produce scanners, fax machines and copiers as seen in the bizhub, pagepro and magicolor series. Konica Minolta is a leader in wide format machines, medical imaging, graphic imaging, measuring instruments and planetarium systems.

The company also produces and sells parts for all of their products. For instance, Konica-Minolta 5430 toner was created for the 5430 model, and as far as competition goes, it produces higher quality images than the competing Okidata C5500 toner.

Ink Technologies sells many of the toner products and well as remanufactured and original OEM toners.
