It has a built-in 250 GB hard drive, 1 GHz processor and 2048 MB of memory. The paper capacity can be increased from 3,650 sheets to 6,650 sheets with additional trays and it supports a variety of media types, all of which that can be printed on with a resolution of 1800x600 dpi with the Konica-Minolta C652 toner.

Faxes can be sent or received in less than 3 seconds with the 33.6 Kbps transmission speed. Up to 78 images can be scanned per minute, and the copier can make up to 9,999 duplicates per original.
