T7100
Weighing 412.3 pounds, the HP DesignJet T7100 inkjet printer certainly wasn't made for home offices. Instead, this large format machine was built for offices with graphics printing needs. The size is pretty large too at 77.6x27.6x53.9 inches all around. That will take up a massive amount of room. Most needing a graphics printer are going to worry about how excellent the results actually are. Using the HP T7100 ink, though, resolutions of 2400x1200 dpi can be produced, so quality of results isn't a problem here. While most inkjet printers are small and made for the home office, this one is made for a completely different market.
The best thing about the HP T7100 is probably how versatile it is. It uses a range of different HP T7100 ink colors that helps produce sharp and detailed colors. Many units out there offer one type of printing on one or two types of paper. Not the T7100, though. Paper types such as bond, coated, heavy weight, recycled, technical, tracing, translucent, film, matte, photographic, satin, self-adhesive, vinyl, polypropylene, banner and backlit paper a few of the many types supported. Unlike a standard sheet fed input device, the unit operates using rolls of paper. This will make it possible for large documents to be created very easily. Buyers don't even have to worry about cutting straight, because the unit comes standard with an internal automatic cutter.
When printing on all these different papers, the quality of documents doesn't change at all. Inside, six HP T7100 ink cartridges are used to create the large format images. There are three standard colors of printer ink—cyan, magenta and yellow. The other DesignJet T7100 ink tanks used are filled with matte black, gray and dark gray printer ink. While the DesignJet T7100 ink cartridges may seem a little pricey, more affordable versions can be found online from third party vendors.
