Up to 99 copies can be made from a single scan and up to 10 copies can be made in a minute. The scanner has an interpolated resolution of 9600x9600 dpi, ensuring the scan is true to the original. The external maximum resolution for printing and copying with the HP R45 ink is 600x600 dpi.

Weighing just over 25 pounds and measuring about 18x17x13 inches, the R45 will easily fit in a small cubicle or home office. There is a built-in memory of 4 MB and a 100-sheet input tray. Overall, the HP R45 is the perfect unit for an office.
