HP PSC 1410 Ink Cartridges

The scanner can reach a resolution of 600x2400 dpi with a 36-bit color depth. It uses special OCR, or Optical Character Recognition software to convert scanned text into editable text. The copy machine can produce 18 copies per minute when using the black HP PSC 1410 ink and 14 copies per minute in color. Only 9 duplicates can be made from an original, but it will automatically fit the images to the page.

There are two HP PSC 1410 ink cartridges, one black and one tricolor. The tricolor tank consists of cyan, magenta and yellow printer ink. Using the color HP PSC 1410 ink, a resolution of 4800x1200 dpi can be produced. Up to 1200x1200 dpi can be reach in black.

This inkjet printer has a maximum monthly duty cycle of 5,000 pages. Most home users will not even come close to reaching that, but some offices may. Unfortunately, the PSC 1410 ink cartridges both yield less than 200 pages, so replacements will need to be purchased frequently. There are third party vendors that sell compatible and remanufactured printer ink for a much more affordable price, though.
