HP PSC 1310 Ink Cartridges

Requiring Windows or Mac operating systems to work, the HP PSC 1310 is a small, compact personal inkjet printer created for those needing high quality prints. Using drop-on-demand thermal inkjet technology, users are given the ability to create standard resolutions as high as 1200 dpi, and optimized resolutions as high as 4800x1200 dpi are possible using HP PSC 1310 ink. This petite machine has a size of only 6.68x16.76x10.2 inches that make it an easy fit no matter how much room is available and its light weight of 8 pounds makes it a portable unit that can be carried from place to place if needed. Up to 1,000 pages can be created every month, meaning those who have high personal needs will easily find those needs met.

Inside the machine are two HP PSC 1310 ink cartridges. One is filled with black printer ink, while the other is a tricolor tank. The tricolor HP PSC 1310 ink cartridge holds three colors—cyan, magenta and black printer ink. Both colors offer high capacity versions as well as standard capacity versions. The standard capacity cartridges hold 190 pages and 220 pages for color and black ink, respectively, while the high capacity black replacement lasts 520 pages and the color lasts 190 pages.

A range of different media types are supported by the unit, like plain paper, envelopes, cards, labels and transparencies, and up to 100 sheets of plain paper can fit into the input tray. Many media cards offer direct printing, with the help of the machine, like Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick Pro, CompactFlash and XD Picture cards.

Surprisingly even though this unit is small, it does offer scanning and copying too. The scanner is a flatbed scanner with the ability to create resolutions as high as 19200 dpi, and the copier offers borderless copy features.
