The HP Officejet Pro L7590 ink AIO is a big machine meant for small offices. All features that one would expect as standard offering in an office-oriented machine are present here. The machine measures 22.8 x 17.7 x 22 in and weighs 48.9 lbs. It has a duty cycle of 7500 impressions. The input tray can hold up to 250 sheets at a time; a 50-sheet ADF facilitates multiple copies, scans, and faxes. This AIO accepts cards, banners, labels, plain paper, photo paper, envelopes, greeting cards, and transparencies.
The HP L7590 ink cartridge printer offers print and copy speeds of up to 35 ppm for black and 34 ppm for color. Maximum print resolutions are up to 1200 x 1200 dpi for monochrome and up to 4800 x 1200 dpi for color prints. The HP L7590 inkjet machine uses the HP 88 series of cartridges. 4-color printing is achieved by means of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink. The four colors are routed through two printheads.
Even though the Officejet Pro L7590 has media card slots and PictBridge compatibility, it does not have a color LCD display. The machine is amongst the louder ones released from the HP stable. The HP Officejet Pro L7590 inkjet AIO offers good quality text prints and reasonable photo prints. It is not a high maintenance machine and cost per print is low. However, duplex prints are slow with a ten second wait between sides. This is to allow the ink to dry. The printer is PC and Mac compatible, connects via USB and wired ethernet and is a good fit for small offices that have a high monthly print requirement.
