The HP OfficeJet Pro L7500 is a great addition to the small to midsized office that needs all-in-one capabilities. Windows and Mac compatible, it is ready to go no matter what operating system is used. Conveniently, it can connect via USB and ethernet ports, and it even has Bluetooth capabilities, which should make users on the go pretty happy. Have a lot of different projects to print? Don't worry, most papers and standard sizes work great with this inkjet unit. Envelopes, photo paper, plain paper, transparencies, index cards and iron-on transfers all work perfectly with the L7500. The machine weighs around 21.4 pounds, so it is a little heavier than some, but is still easy to lift if needed. The L7500 also has a monthly duty cycle of 7,500 pages, meaning that most office needs will be more than met.

Four HP L7500 ink cartridges are needed for printing. The cyan and yellow OfficeJet Pro L7500 ink cartridges both have page yields of 860 pages, while the black yields 850 pages. Magenta printer ink has the highest page yield, able to print out an impressive 1000 pages. These tanks of HP L7500 ink are fairly inexpensive too.

Using the drop-on-demand inkjet technology and black HP L7500 ink, up to 35 pages per minute can be printed or copied. With color printer ink, 34 pages per minute can be produced. The copier has the ability to create 99 copies from an original and can hit resolutions as high as 600x1200 dpi using OfficeJet Pro L7500 ink.

The fax and scan features are also great. The fax can hold up to 100 speed dials, and it also has a memory of 100 pages. The scanner, on the other hand, can change scanned text into editable text. The functions and features of the L7500 are not only quality, they are superb.
