Have a lot of different types of documents that need printed—and fast? Take a gander at the HP Deskjet F325. Printing, scanning and copying on photo paper, inkjet paper, envelopes, index cards, greeting cards, iron-on transfers and transparencies, there isn't much this all in one can't do. Most sizes are supported too—legal, executive and letter are just a few of the many. Using drop-on-demand technology, it can only create up to 700 documents a month, meaning no matter how versatile it is printing will need to be kept at minimal. For those who print a few pages every so often, though, this inkjet unit is perfect. It has a low upfront cost and its HP F325 ink is inexpensive too!
This small all in one weighs only 10 pounds, and it will be very easy to move around. Its size is only 7x16.8x10.2 inches, and most who use the unit will find a comfortable fit on any desk or table. Conveniently, it connects via USB, and for those who want to print directly from a digital camera can do so via PictBridge connection.
One black and one color HP F325 ink cartridge is needed for printing and copying. The black printer ink tank has a page yield of 190 pages, while the tricolor can yield 165 pages. While printing, resolutions of 1200x1200 dpi and 4800x1200 dpi for black and color Deskjet F325 ink, respectively, can be obtained. The copier, using black or color printer ink can only reach resolutions of 600x1200 dpi.
When using the HP F325 ink, the copier can create up to 9 copies from an original document. Though that isn't very impressive, for most home users, it is more than good enough.
If photo printing is important, a third Deskjet F325 ink cartridge should be used in place of the black ink.
