The HP Deskjet 9300 ink printer is a personal printing machine with a monthly duty cycle of 5000 pages. This Apple and Windows-compatible machine will take some space on your desk. It measures 23.3 x 15 x 9.2 in and weighs 22 lbs. The machine is easy to use, installs smoothly, and can print on a wide range of media type, size, and thickness. The Deskjet 9300 can print on labels, banners, envelopes, photo paper, plain paper, glossy paper, greeting cards, transparencies, and iron-on transfers.
The HP 9300 ink cartridge printer comes with one input tray that has a capacity of 150 sheets. The device promises speeds of up to 14 ppm for black text prints in draft quality for A4-sized documents and 11 ppm for color prints with similar parameters. The maximum print resolution is 600 dpi x 600 dpi for monochrome and 4800 dpi x 1200 dpi for color prints. The HP 9300 inkjet cartridge printer uses two cartridges – one HP 45 Black with a page yield of 930 pages and one HP 78 Tricolor which yields 560 pages.
Connectivity is via a USB and parallel port. There are no media card slots present on this device. The machine does not ship with any networking capabilities but you can purchase the necessary equipment if you feel the need to scale to a networked environment.
If speed and good output quality are not of great importance to you and you are not looking for time-bound, high volume prints on large sheets, then the HP Deskjet 9300 inkjet printer is a decent machine for you to consider. The machine does offer good prints when set to the "Best" mode but there are cost implications to this. You could also consider the Deskjet 9650 which offers faster speeds and borderless prints on sheets up to 11 x 17 in.

Ink Technologies will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 1 year of the original ship date, and provide a return shipping tag for return of the product.
