Using exclusively the black HP 600 ink, up to 4 pages per minute can be printed. When using the color printer ink, only 1 page can be printed per minute.
The tricolor HP 600 ink cartridge can yield up to 350 pages, while the black print ink tank can produce as many as 720 pages. Though there are higher capacity options out there, these page yields will be plenty for occasional users. The black DeskWriter 600 ink can produce a maximum resolution of 600x600 dpi, while the color can only reach 300x300 dpi. For an affordable, older inkjet unit, these resolutions are not bad.
