The black HP 5600 ink has a maximum resolution of 1200x1200 dpi. The color can reach 4800x1200 dpi. The scanner produces at a resolution of 1200x2400 dpi and has a 48-bit color depth, which holds millions of colors. The fax can obtain 200x200 dpi and has a transmission speed of 3 seconds per page.
The copy machine and printer can produce at the same speed, which are 20 pages per minute using black HP 5600 ink and 13 pages per minute in color. The inkjet device itself has a monthly duty cycle of 1,500 pages per month. So, if printing at normal volumes, replacement printer ink will not be necessarily that expensive. These features prove the 5600 is a solid and low-maintenance unit.
