Does use of Artisan Ink void my printer's warranty?
Using our compatible ink and toner products does not void your printer warranty! Your existing printer warranty is still in effect when
you use our compatible solid ink or color toner cartridge products. Consumers are often told by the printer manufacturer’s technicians or
salespeople that using non-brand supplies will "void" their warranty. This is not true and may be a violation of Federal Trade laws if
enforced by the printer manufacturer. Click here for details on the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act and exercise your right to
choose compatible supplies! However, the manufacturer may not honor your warranty if it can be proven that the compatible products are
actually directly responsible for your printer malfunction. Therefore, we offer our own warranty for
our solid ink so that you can confidently use our products in your printer, knowing that we stand 100% behind these products in the event
of any ink-related problems.

How do Artisan inks compare to Xerox®ColorStix®?
Color output? Our cyan, magenta, yellow, and black Artisan Inks produce colors essentially identical
to the colors obtained from Xerox®-brand ColorStix®. Please note that as the liquid ink cools and solidifies
during the manufacturing process, settling sometimes occurs in the blocks of ink - these in no way affect the performance of our ink. Our ink
sticks are also shaped differently than ColorStix® due to design patents held by Xerox Corp.
Page-yield? Page-yields are comparable to Xerox® ColorStix®. You can expect page yields of approx.
1100-1400 pages per ink stick (depending on printer model) for pages which are mostly text with small color graphics. Of course, your yield will vary depending
upon print subject (full-page photographs use much more ink than simple text reports, for example).

Why are your yellow ink sticks different in color than Xerox ColorStix?
Try the "crayon test" to compare the ink colors. Take an Artisan ink stick and a Xerox ColorStix and rub each on a piece of paper. You'll see that the
two brands are essentially identical in color (including cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
Printing labels
Make sure that only good-quality (e.g., Avery) LASER labels are used in Phaser solid-ink and laser printers. Use of INKJET labels can jam and cause serious damage to your printer!

How quickly can I receive my order?
We offer a complete range of UPS shipping options. Fastest service is by UPS Next Day Service, with deliveries to most areas by 10:30am or noon the following business day. Less expensive options are
UPS Second Day, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground (3-5 day delivery time.)
Shippingcut-off time is 2:30pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
Overseas orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express or Expedited Service.

How much does shipping cost?
Costs vary, depending on your order's weight, from about $5 for orders of one to several boxes of ink, and shipped via UPS Ground, to $25-$50 for UPS Next Day orders. All USA orders totaling
$75 or more are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Faster UPS delivery options (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) are available. Shipping costs for overseas orders vary from approx.
US $50 or more for UPS Worldwide Express or Expedited delivery.
