The Epson Stylus NX410 is a color laser printer made with home offices and personal users in mind. Able to produce about 33 pages per minute when printing or copying, it should keep up with most home offices quite well.
To use this unit, buyers will need to maintain four Epson NX410 ink cartridges. The ink tanks are filled with cyan, yellow, magenta and black printer ink. Two sizes of each are available—standard and high capacity. The standard capacity color Stylus NX410 ink cartridges will last 200 pages, while the high capacity lasts 350 pages. The black Epson NX410 ink will last 170 pages and 245 pages for standard and high capacity tanks, respectively.
Though the upfront price of the OEM Epson NX410 ink probably doesn't seem that expensive, the cost per page is a little high. To save money, buyers should purchase compatible remanufactured Stylus NX410 ink instead. Remanufactured replacement printer ink tanks cost a lot less than the OEM versions, while still offering the same number of prints and amount of quality. Remanufactured replacements can be found online from a number of vendors, and generally these will cost buyers at least half of the OEM price.
The inkjet is compatible with a number of different media types—like photo paper, matte paper, iron-on transfer paper and self-adhesive paper. Envelopes can also be created using the NX410. A feature buyers will surely love is the ability to print directly from a number of different media cards. Inside the unit's trays, up to 120 pages of plain paper, 80 pages of matte paper and 20 pages of photo paper can be stored. MemoryStick, MemoryDuo, SD, microSD, Multimedia, xD and CompactFlash are just a few of the many brands that the NX410 will support. Windows and Mac operating systems are both supported.
