Stylus Color 500 Ink Cartridges

The Epson Stylus Color 500 uses Multi-layer Actuator Head technology that is able to provide prints with sharper quality and super fine resolutions. The inkjet printer can produce black-and-white and color print jobs with a crisp resolution of 720x720 dpi using Epson 500 ink. The 500 has a built-in control panel that provides a number of different features including power on and off mode and a Stylus Color 500 ink management technology that indicates when black and color printer ink is running low.

The manufacturer provides users with a full set of starter Epson 500 ink cartridges that hold cyan, magenta, yellow and black printer ink. The black Stylus Color 500 ink cartridge is available in high-capacity form and can yield up to 610 pages. Standard yellow, cyan and magenta Epson 500 ink can last up to 350 prints each. The nozzle configuration system includes up to 64 nozzles for black ink and 20 for each color.

Projects print at speed of around 3 pages per minute in black-and-white and 2 pages per minute for color prints. The unit's paper handling capacity can store up to 100-shets of plain paper, 70-pages of coated media, 30-sheets of high-quality glossy paper, up to 50 transparency films and 10 envelopes. Accepted media sizes include A4, letter, B5, legal, statement and executive. The 500 has a total print volume of up to 75,000 pages.
