The Epson WorkForce 435 is an all-in-one inkjet machine that is designed to provide offices with the features and functions needed to perform all daily tasks while staying within a budget and saving space. This unit eliminates the need for a printer, scanner, copier and fax machine by offering all of those functions within a compact frame of 18.1x21.3x11.9 inches. Four Epson 435 ink cartridges are needed for operation and they hold cyan, magenta, yellow and black printer ink. Standard-capacity WorkForce 435 ink cartridges are provided by the manufacturer, but higher capacity versions are available online or in local office supplies stores. The high-capacity Epson 435 ink can produce about 200 pages. The extra high-capacity color WorkForce 435 ink has a maximum yield of 480 pages while the black printer ink will last for up to 740 prints.
The fax machines has 60 speed dial options, a 180-page fax memory and a 33.6 Kbps modem speed that will send or receive faxes in as little as 3 seconds. The copier has resizing capabilities that range from 25% to 400% of the original document size. It can produce up to 99 copies with the touch of a button. The scanner has an automatic document feeder as well as a flatbed surface for thicker items. It has a 48-bit color depth and an interpolated resolution of 9600 dpi.
There is an LCD display on the top panel and a print speed of up to 6 pages per minute. The maximum resolution of 5760x1440 dpi that can be created using the Epson 435 ink will suffice for a professional environment. The paper capacity and various media types that are supported make this multi-purpose inkjet machine one of the most versatile on the market.
