The Dell W5300 monochrome laser printer has been manufactured with larger corporate workgroups in mind. The printer is rated for a 225,000 page duty cycle each month and is equipped with 80 MB of standard memory which gives it an edge in larger print jobs. This zippy printer prints at 45 pages per minute and will produce accurate text down to even the smallest of font sizes. The Dell 2130cn toner color printer compliments the W5300 very well. Set up is fairly simple and a quick start guide is provided for your convenience. A Status Monitor program will alert you to any issues with the current print job directly on your desktop monitor. Multiple Status Monitors on multiple printers can be maintained by using the Status Monitor System to ensure the correct messages are delivered to the correct individuals on the network. Networking is standard with 10/100 Base T ethernet connections and an RJ-45 port. A web configuration tool assists the end user in the networking set up process requiring very little work from the user.
