This is a cost-saving measure, but it never fails to make the consumer feel tricked, and is a practice that should be abandoned by printer manufacturers.

Print quality is generally good, with sharp text and decent graphics print quality. Print speed is around 20 pages per minute and should satisfy the needs of a small office nicely.
