The Brother MFC-7200 is an all-in-one inkjet unit with the capability to print, fax, copy, scan, take messages and make phone calls. This single device can take the place of 6 different pieces of equipment, saving any business money and space. Though it is on the expensive side, all of the features plus lab-quality prints certainly puts the MFC-7200 in a class of its own.

Using black and color Brother MFC-7200 ink, this unit can print at a maximum resolution of 720x720 dpi. This isn't the most impressive resolution on the market, but for an older model it's not bad. Compatible only with Windows, the MFC-7200 can handle different sizes and types of paper, such as envelopes, glossy paper, labels, transparencies and plain legal size. Printing up to 5 pages per minute, the black printer ink is dye-based which helps make more crisp and clear text. Each Brother MFC-7200 ink cartridge has a page yield of 300, which isn't exceptionally impressive, but replacements are pretty inexpensive.

This is an oversized inkjet printer, measuring 20.33x24.03x11.82 inches and weighing in at 35 pounds. The replacement cartridges of Brother MFC-7200 ink can be found from the original manufacturer or third party vendors. Even better, these printer ink tanks come in bundles that will save consumers a good chunk of money.

Though slightly outdated and a bit slower than more recent models, the MFC-7200 would be a great addition to any small business or home office. Saving users space, time and money, in a year this inkjet unit would pay for itself.
